I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?- All Items Except Printed Clothing (Toys, Shoes, etc.):
Ships out within 1 to 2 business days from date of order.- Printed Vests, Printed T-Shirts and Clothing Sets:
Ships out within 2 to 3 business days from date of order.
If you have items with different shipping times in your order (for example toys and printed vests), your order will only be shipped once we have the item with the longer shipping time ready so that they can go together.
Our delivery fee is currently R94.95. Free Delivery on orders over R650.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
The Courier Guy
- Once the The Courier Guy has collected your package delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days to Gauteng and 3 to 5 business days to the rest of South Africa directly to you door. If you are situated in a very far outlying town or area, delivery could take 5 to 7 business days. If you're not sure whether your address is a far outlying area, please contact us on 081 834 8870 and we'll check for you.
PUDO Locker Pick-Up Points (by The Courier Guy)
- Available upon special request. You will need to collect your parcel from your chosen Locker Pick-Up Point. PUDO takes 2 to 3 business days to Gauteng, 3 to 5 business days to the rest of South Africa. PUDO lockers are not available everywhere, if you want to check if any are available in your area, you can click here to enter your address and check. Should you wish to use this option, please send us a WhatsApp on 081 834 8870. The cost for PUDO is R74.95.
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
CAN I COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
We are an online store only and don't have a physical store front, but if you are willing to travel to Delmas, Mpumalanga where we operate our business we can make special arrangements. Please contact us if you wish to pick up your package.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive your tracking number via email the day the courier collects your order with a link where you can track your package. Please allow 8 to 12 hours for the tracking information to update.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
No, our products are in South Africa and can be shipped to anywhere in South Africa.
DOES AWESOME GOODIES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately not.
CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel or change your order with no penalty if the courier has not collected your parcel yet. If the order has already been collected by the courier, please email email@example.com so that we can see if we can still change/cancel it depending on your request. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL / CHANGE". If the courier has already collected your order, extra shipping charges may apply to rectify / cancel your order.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and give us the correct information or notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the courier has already collected your order, we will contact them to see if we can still amend your address. If we're not able to change it, extra shipping charges may apply to change the address.
THERE'S AN ITEM MISSING IN MY ORDER
If there's an item missing in your order please notify us within 5 business days after delivery by sending an email to email@example.com.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
We do ship every order with extra padding, but should there be a problem with your item(s) please contact us with:
- Your order number;
- WhatsApp a picture or video of the damaged product to 081 834 8870.
Once received and confirmed, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
