I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days of processing and packaging time for your order to ship out. Add an extra 2 business days when you order custom printed clothing.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Courier to Door
- This method takes 2 to 3 business days to be delivered to Gauteng and 3 to 5 business days to the rest of South Africa directly to you door. We use The Courier Guy, Courier IT or Aramex, depending on your area.
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
CAN I COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
We are an online store only and don't have a physical store front, but if you are willing to travel to Delmas, Mpumalanga where we operate our business we can make special arrangements. Please contact us if you wish to pick up your package.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped with a link where you can enter your tracking number. If your package was sent with Aramex, please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to update.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
No, our products are already in South Africa and can be shipped to anywhere in South Africa.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every order with extra padding, but should there be a problem with your item(s) please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
